The lengths that Lonious Monk dude goes to defend the actions of whites in damn near every 'look at what white people are doing' thread posted on here is also confusing to me as well.

What length did I go to. I pointed out that its a gang themed party not a "Black Party" (which they've actually done before). And I pointed out that gang culture and black culture are not one in the same. Those are facts. I'm not saying they aren't on some racist shit. I don't know whats going through the minds of those fools. I'm just saying that looking at someone make fun of gangs and then automatically claim they are making fun of black people in general is basically equating black people to gangs which is exactly the same thing they are being accused of doing.

When you can show me the part where I said what they did was ok or appropriate, then you might have a point about me defending them. Good luck on that.

Ok, and that means what? They are dressing the way they believe gangbangers dress. Where a shirt with a dude that represented "Thug Life" everytime he picked up a mic isn't exactly a crazy choice for something a banger might wear.

Ehhh, I don't know. Seems like they are making fun more of gang culture than blacks. If you automatically assume that gang culture = black culture, then you're pretty much doing the thing the article is claiming the fraternity was doing. At least no one was in black face. You could be right. I honestly think ya'll have a much higher respect for white people than I do. I don't have a problem admitting that everything you're saying could be right in this case.
