classic case of over-training.
you not giving you body enough recovery time.
you don't grow muscles in the gym, but out of it.
how about you just pick a muscle group....say chest .
Hit it hard and heavy as you can , down a good protein shake
and don't work chest again in 3-4 days. Another cut out the extensive aerobic, you burning fat but also muscle
and getting plenty of rest plays a bigger part in growing muscle than given credit for as well

i dont work the same muscles for an hour, i go the whole 9, biceps, triceps, back, lower body ... etc. i already said in first post that i only go 2-3 times a week, so i doubt its over training. my problem is diet.
