You niggas is priceless.

Thats when you know nggas done drank the kool aide. This guy is 1 year removed from HS, yet it's incredulous to think he wont make it?

Like Mike Kidd Gilchrist wasnt the #2 pick...like Daniel Orton aint already on D-league status. Its a new day bruh. These scouts sometimes feel bound to stick to HS rankings but them shyts dont mean nothing when projecting to the NBA.

I know what you saying. These kids get way over hyped coming out. I know that. But damn Clarence Weatherspoon doe? And who says the player at 18 is gonna be the same player he's gonna be at 25? To me he compares more to Ron Artest. Except Ron Ron had a serviceable jumpshot.

See this is where ima get you Lol ClarenceW itherspoon was the #9 pick, and here is his stats for hs first 4 years:

15.6ppg, 7.2rpg, 1.8apg, 1.0spg

18.4ppg, 10.4rpg,

18.1ppg, 6.9rpg,

16.7ppg, 9.7rpg

Bet you didnt know that did you? LOl Julius Randle will be LUCKY to have stats like that his first 4 years!

And thats the point im makin, and why i must say i laugh at a lot of @africa's comparisons, b/c yall arent acknowledging history and how hard it is to make it in this league. Its like every comparison is to a guy no more than 10 years ago, and they're all pretty damn favorable and a lot of beneift of the doubt is bein given, like college stars have never flamed out before.

Yall fallin into the vortex of the 1 n done era where yall automatically think these guys gon pop.

Yall sleeping on Randle though. He is 19 with an advanced post up game and a handle decent enough to score from face up and he is shifty off the dribble. He wasn't isn't used to the fullest and still almost got a double double. I think he will be like a double guy especially after the second season. He is probably like a 15- 8 rebound guy as a rookie. His offensive game from the post gives him a leg up. I just look at the 4's in the league and there are not many that can defend that well. The way they call fouls in the league dude will be on the foul a lot as he was in the NBA. He will get an easy 4-5 points from the line as a rookie and get another 10 off FG's. He is going to get so many NBA dudes with that quick baseline spin up fake. I say he is like a quicker ZBO with a better handle but similar style

Damn I didn't know that he was putting up numbers like that. But still the two don't compare. Weatherspoon was undersized and not as athletic.

I would say don't get caught up in the stats it is about the skills. Weatherspoon had a long NBA career but he put up those stats on bad Sixer teams. I see Turner put up garbage stats on a bad team. And I see you picked those 4 years he regressed after that. The next year he averaged 12 pts. Weatherspoon also came out out as a 4yr college player. I am expecting much more than Weatherspoon though we will see in a year or so though

I can't see Parker dropping to 4.

I can't take any mock serious before the lottery.

For Shits and giggles, if the order stays the same, you think the bucks will take embid over Wiggins, with his back problems? It screams Bowie over Jordan (not to compare Wiggins to Jordan).

I'm looking forward to the draft lottery and the combine. That's when everything will start to become more clear who are the risers and fallers and what each team some what thinks of the players

Once they get thier team doctors to evaluate him we will know if its a serious injury or just something minor that has probably already healed. Remember if KU would have beat stanford he could have came back for the next game. If his back checks out and he looks good in the personal work outs I can easily see him going 1st.. especially if the bucks get the pick. They have good forwards.. Wiggins is very similar to GA, Middleton is solid.. Henson looks promising. Brandon knight looks legit. Larry Sanders is a great defender but he has no offensive game. Embid would be a great fit but honestly you can make a case for anyone in the top 4.

Just noticed that none of the teams in the latter half of the lottery (and the lottery in general) really need a PG outside of the Knicks

If NY don pick him Tyler Enis is gonna drop a lil and i think somebody is gonna get a steal, a la Carter-williams.
