We're definitely going to have to stock up on OLB's. And no off-brand, off the street ass nikkas either.
What really pisses me off about last year's defense in hindsight is that we had the nerve to cut Brian Banks.
Shiiid, Banks could've done just as bad as those other cats.

I think the rest of the defense will be handled through the draft outside of another MLB for depth and maybe a vet DB.
If there's another splash in FA it'll most likely be on offense

I'd rather have Hester because of the chip I know he has on his shoulder, plus he can at least get on the field offensively.
Oh well, Arenas ain't bad either. He was decent in college tho.
And yeah, Franks is hanging on by the hairs on his struggle-beard. Poor guy. Left OU early to be a 4th string barely-making-the-cut-every-year ass nikka. smh

Speaking of Franks...... I wonder if they will experiment with him some more at safety. I remember he got some looks at safety in a couple games. Thats prob the only way I see him staying on the roster. Hell he cant be no worse than DeCouldnt.
Or maybe they think Zeke Motta will get better. He filled in pretty well when DeCouldnt got hurt last year. Damn sho tackled better

Safety is the only way Franks will stay in the league really. If he ain't seriously aiming at playing safety full time, he'll be out of the league real soon. His Corner days are done.
Motta got injured last year, didn't he? I don't remember if it was an ACL but that might affect him starting next season. I'd be cool with him over Decoud.
It's Moot now that Hester signed but I figured he'd be too expensive. For what he wanted maybe we could have gotten another middle of the road d lineman. I think a small speed guy can be found in the draft to return punts. Not as good as Hester but serviceable. Hey, were on a budget.

I was wrong about Hester. Guess I confused him with Holiday signing with ny. Just heard he's still in Atl. You all might get your wish.
If you look at the Matt Ryan year, the team improved drastically over one off season. It can happen but it prob won't. Tampa will be a threat. You can't underestimate a dude named Lovie AND Leslie. plus the Saints will be the Saints. I think the three teams will beat up on each other.
Basically, pick six will be can't miss unless they trade up. Mack, Robinson or any of the O linemen are good to me.
