He kept getting out of shape year by year , and his pitching style was hard to hold up with over a entire year, that high leg lift Exerts a lot of unnecessary energy

watching him now it's went down a good bit, but him being out of shape is what really hurt him over the years.

I used to like watching Dontrelle play (nh). Hell, I like seeing any non-latin-dominican REAL Brotha from the states do his thing. Word to my nigga Heyward.

dontrelle had a stint in the minors cuz he had got sent down, then he was pitching well, and got brought up, and since he's been up in a few starts he's been solid, his thing is can he be consistent? they made some minor tweaks in his deliver and seems to be working so far...but time will tell.
