"men was created to live forever, death came because of sin"
Considering that god is all-knowing, then man wasn't created to live forever. That could never be the case. Otherwise you prove god is imperfect and has his flaws.
That's an illogical statement.
Read the record Vibe. Genesis chapter 2 tells us that God gave man the choice of obeying Him. God didn't create robots. He gave mankind a will so that we could truly know, understand, and feel what true love is. Robots can't know, feel, or understand emotions. They just do what they are programmed to do.
"8Now the Lord God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden; and there he put the man he had formed. 9The Lord God made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground—trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for food. In the middle of the garden were the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil." Genesis 2:8-9
God planted the tree of life in the Garden of Eden and man was freely allowed to eat from it. But God also planted the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, which God forbid man to eat from. Whatever choice man made would determine the outcome of mans destiny.
"15The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it. 16And the Lord God commanded the man, “You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; 17but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat from it you will certainly die.” Genesis 2:15-17
God said that man would die if we disobeyed Him. Genesis chapter 3 gives the tragic results of mankind's decision. The effects of that decision are still being seen and felt today in very horrible ways. Thus, mankind fell from grace and was barred from the Garden of Eden because we forfeited our right to the tree of life!
"And the Lord God said, “The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever.” 23So the Lord God banished him from the Garden of Eden to work the ground from which he had been taken. 24After he drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life." Genesis 3:22-24
So yes, man was created to live forever because that is what the scriptures teach. And man will still live forever in 1 of 2 places. Here is the scenario:
Option 1: If you are born twice, you die once.
Option 2: If you are born once, you die twice.
And just like man was given the choice of obedience in the Garden of Eden, we also get to choose which option to take. Obedience will bring life, rebellion will bring death. There is nothing new done under the sun. Amen.
