Here's my list with some actual logical reasons and shit. It's based on rapping talent, popularity, and relevancy and encompasses everything from Sept. '09 until now

10. B.O.B. - Not the best lyrically but had a great album

9. Big Boi - Dropped a hot debut (not counting speakerboxx), didn't make much noise though

8. Fat Joe - Easily dropped the sleeper hit of the year, The Darkside Vol. 1, didn't make much noise though so he isn't higher up

7. Kid Cudi - Man on the Moon was great, not a super lyrical dude, but defenitly has talent and staying power, new album is anticipated

6. Rick Ross - Teflon Don was great for Ross, but not exactly a classic album

5. Kanye West - Good Friday tracks were hot, high anticipation for his album

4. Drake - Has the same flow on every song on his album, but it was still a solid debut

3. Talib Kweli - RPM's is my shit

2. Nas - Distant Relatives, enough said

1. Eminem - Everyone loves Recovery (even though it sucks), and he had the biggest album of the year
