but ultimately the tenants and policies championed by feminism such as gender equality, equal representation in government, higher minium wage, reporoductive rights, guaranteed sick/maternity leave, etc would help blk women the most and by extension their families

They already are on equal standing with black men. With the way the black family structure is today there is no family hierarchy anymore.
