Meth sounds jus as lame callin the new niggas whack jus like the old school rappers was lame for callin Meth's gen whack..
that simple..

i dont clown on kids in they skinny jeans.. u know why?? cause i go back to when i was a kid and was called gay for wearin my pants low by some old lame mu'fuckas who shouldnt be worried about how a new young fly nigga was dressin..

we dont understand them.. and guess what.. we're not meant to..

NOW... Meth can either target his age group... or deal with not bein relevant in this new day in age.. but either way.. he needs to shut the fuck up and sit down.. cause he soundin lame..

Never recalled that though..KRS, Rakim, Kane gave praise to groups like WuTang..and what does relevancy has to do with the truth being told?

If these kids can't embrace the truth and get sensitive on some "they don't understand us" bullshit then that shows how fragile the niggas in this day and age is.

this is an interesting post

1. not every "new" rapper is about swag and skinny jeans

2. you want meth to not voice his thoughts because he's not selling as many cd's as he used to??? that doesnt seems to add up

3. meth is from a time period where the good rappers called out anything that jeopardized the culture as a whole, even if it meant calling out another good rapper. this new age rap seems to not stand for anything and just accepts whatever (even feminism in men etc)

the whole .... "he cant talk because he's not as popular as he once was" arguement holds no weight ..... either whats he's saying is right or wrong

majority of the popular rappers today dont even have a platinum plaque if you really wanna go by sales and commercial achievement ... meth has two just with solo efforts ... not even counting the wu group albums he's been a huge part of .... meth has also been apart of atleast one of the biggest hip hop tours in history (hard knock life)

its like damn .... what do you want a man to do ... be number one for 20 years straight?? really?? .... all the shit he's done and he has no right to talk ... but drake etc does??

there's a reason why rap was more popular back then ... because there was no metrosexual swag and jeans etc ... hip hop brought an energy of strength and invulnerability .... these tenny boppers see right thru the new age artists and dont even take rap seriously anymore ... so fuck letting them "do their thing" ... there thing is gay and they didnt get that shit fromt he ol heads so who'd they get it from then???

This here.........

See...it seems you're on that passive shit yourself. It doesn't make your argument any valid, b. I wore baggy jeans too but never to the point when my ass was showing because the older peers were dropping gems on me to where that shit originated from..and I listened and didn't give 'em the "fuck these old niggas, you don't understand" look and speech.
I don't listen to the majority of this POP music anyways, so you can cancel that too.

You're right..every generation has their own style, only THIS generation has been emasculated bring on this gay shit..and these niggas don't wanna listen. .but you're being very passive about it and it's suspect...

and lol at older niggas tellin u how to dress.. where im from we told them to shut the fuck up..

and to be really real.. its easy to tell the mu'fuckas who aint gettin money.. cause they talk about everything BUT..

u can tell the mu'fuckas who aint happy about life.. cause everything out they mouth is a complaint..

Y'all niggas sound like Don Cornelius. He hated rap and never wanted to give rap a chance cause he did not understand it. He came from a generation of Marvin and Stevie and Motown. People, need to understand shit evolves. You can't have Rap be the way you want it, cause it was the way it was when you were growing up. It's a different generation and they have a different way of doing shit. Do I like all of it? Hell No! I am not gonna sit up here and have a war against the shit cause is it gonna change the shit???? No!

Method Man should be worried about doing tours putting out albums and projects from time to time and move on. Let Lil B, Soulja Boy, Drake, Big Sean, Cool Kids, New Boys and them do their thing. It's a part of evolution. And I am not saying it's a good or bad thing.

These are the people who are ushering in their own era. There is plenty of old school hip hop to listen to without listening to these niggas.

da fuck??? no old school rappers were dissing the next gen when meth etc came on the scene ... what are you talking about ... rakim co signed nas, scarface co signed tupac etc etc etc what the hell are you talking about??? LOLOLOLOLOL

your arguement is a fail .... meth isnt relevent .... youre confusing the term "relevent" for "popular

method man is no longer popular ..... NONE OF THESE NEW ARTISTS ARE RELEVANT ..... back in the 90's ... had the wu tang broke up/ died or some wild shit .... hip hop as a whole would have taken a huge blow .... there would have been vigils etc all over if they died ... LOL (had it been a break up fans would have been devastated)

have you seen the footage of biggie's funeral??? have you seen the impact of tupacs death across the world???

if young money etc broke up .... no one would give a hot fuck LOL .... and you wanna talk about relevant LOLOLOL

relevant means that you MATTER .... you really think it matters if drake never releases a song again ... does it really matter if souljah boy never made crank dat?? LOL

these artists today making music matter just as much if not LESS than method man making music TODAY

these clowns out here aint no damn groundbreaking artists ... i wouldnt even know half these jack asses if i seen them out on the street. just stop right now cuzzo LOL

Exactly, A lot of people only want to see what they want to see. They are complete revisionist.
yall niggas is dumb as hell LOL

posting this pic is like asking a slave why couldnt he just move up north and get a regular job back in 1800

like there were fucking black clothing companies etc back then .... these cats were imitating groups like parliment etc who came before them ...... then eventually we as a culture reached a level where we could be ourselves and do things our way, the way our culture intended to ..... we climbed to the top and became independant .... the world had to accept us for who we were.

we wore baggy jeans etc as an expression .... to say this is who we are and we are apart of this country .. dont sweep us under the rug because we are your illegitiment children. we dressed baggy because the establishment wore TIGHT SHIT .... look back at the aerosmith videos etc from the 80's ..... they wore jeans that were just as tight as the video ho's in the videos .... we did the opposite to rebel against the ppl who we were subserviant to

this picture you show is back when black artists were completely subserviant to the white music industry .... and with all this gay shit yall do .... youre taking all the years of progress we made and going right back to being subserviant again ... letting these a & r's tell you what to wear etc

ppl like grand master flash did this and then once they got their foot in the door ... groups like run dmc, nwa, wu tang, epmd etc came along and put the real in the forefront like how melle mel etc told them to. you dumb ass uneducated tight jean wearin asses LOL. we gained too much power once we started becoming execs then they came with the 360 deals etc to make you subserviant again .... but yeah ... this is just "how it goes" .... no nigga ..... life is what you make it ... you dont just go with the flow you following ass niggas ... hip hop leads not follows .... where the fuck is your head at???? SMH
