Mental Health Days?...Oh Word

I travel a lot for work. Besides a doctors appointment or some shit, I don't need to take days off like that. Especially when the view from my balcony looks like this

My job has specific mental health time off separate from sick and vacation time. For every 24 hrs of work you earn an hour of a mental health time off.

You have to specifically ask for that time tho

Jeezus Christ that's almost a day a month.

As much as I do think people are soft as fuck today (and they are). I kinda get the mental health days because let's be real, most people's lives and jobs are entirely meaningless.

It's crazy cuz a lot of ppl end up not using it cuz they don't wana be known as having a mental health issue. Ppl are hoes around here and gossip about every damn thing

FDIC. I cover all of the banks in SoCal and AZ but I'm always helping in other territories as well haha. Just got back from NY 2 weeks ago. Going to MA in September.

I'm in Santa Barbara right now until next month.
