Phucked that up on mobile. lol.....

But what I was gettin' @ is while the "high" designer shit is expensive, the build quality for the most part is second to none. If u take moderate care of it, it will last you way more than a few years (especially leather goods).... U get what pay for, but to each his/her own.

Horrible racism.. That's the type of shit that just make you pat the dude on his shoulder and say "you tried" and walk out.

I wish urban wear didn't die out. Black people need to stop supporting these designers that don't want you wearing their stuff or even be seen in their stores.

I'm sure the urban designers would adapt. The only urban wear that's somewhat relevant is Sean John.

Urban wear didn't die out. People just like hopping on trends and urban wear tends to plaster it's label all over shit so when that style goes out that clothing line is so associated with it people stay away from it. Crazy as hell white folks in London got beef with President Obama though

Looking back.. Urban/hiphop clothing lines were horrible! I remember seeing some decent Rocawear polo style shirts with either that big ass R or Rocawear plastered all over the front of it. Nobody wants that shit smh. Urban clothes never had staying power.

I used to love rocawear and Sean John back in high school, but like somebody said the downfall of urban brands are the big ass labels and baggy fit. I ended up switching to affordable and timeless age appropriate clothing and slim fit shit while I do streetwear once in a while .

Leave the Fendi,Gucci,Lv,and prada for the hood rich negros that ain't used to having shit.

This is unfortunate.. The manager was fired.. Which is a good thing.. But according to the logic in here.. People only buy the product from high end fashion houses because they are expensive. And they have low self esteem..

Would this same logic hold true if a manager at a particular chain of super markets made similar claims.. Say a whole foods or Wegman's?.. Would y'all stop wearing Polo if a manager of a Polo Store made similar comments?..

C'mon son..

You have a point but at least the clothes designers wanted our black asses wearing their stuff. Gucci, Prada, LV etc don't want us wearing their stuff.
