Fat joe ???? Really fat joe ? And then you said career too tat whole opening paragraph is full of shit lol. Obviously your a nas hater to say ask his albums are overrated. Dude just did a tour of his 1st album lol joe can't do that but to pick apart joe would be easy. But joe is that dude but nah

X had one and a half hot albums. The 1st lp >>>>everything he tried after so get him outta there

Cam no

And Pac isn't better at all he just influenced more fools. Half the people that know of pac know of his thug persona. Bar for bar rap for rap nas would shit on pac and it won't be close.

Lmao nigga said x has 4 classics foh

dmx dropped 2 classic albums in one year fam his first four albums all went multi platinum.

Can Ron has had a better career album wise, movie wise, and beat Nas in a battle with a legendary track ( hate me now ) and created dipset. Dipset > nas

Pax is better bc he is a better person than . Nas is liar

No x dropped a classic and a average lp right behind it, what cam got that's better than God son ? cause he not seeing illmatic, it was written, stillmatic, and add of recent life is good. Cut it out dipset >>>Nas really ???? Lol you sounding like Jimmy right now, cam and nas both have hood classics with belly and paid in full. But cam did get the battle but you can tell Nas didn't give it much effort as he did with Jay.

Your list is laughable at best!

Off of longevity alone, Nas is one of if not the best that ever did it. DMX reached his acme on his first album, every other subsequent album was just a pale version of the previous one. A true artist experiences growth and is able to adapt with the changing landscape without totally conforming.

Cam'Ron and the whole Dipset movement was a fad. Can you name Cam'ron's last single let alone album? Exactly and I'm from the Tri-State!

I won't even waste my breath on Fat Joe.

Life is Good was arguably one of Nas' best offerings. What other rapper who has released 10+ albums can that statement hold true for? First of all, there aren't even a great deal of rappers who have ten wide released albums to their name (LL, E-40, Too Short, Common, Jay, and maybe Snoop come to mind) now out of that list. Who has consistently put out stellar material that could compare to Nas' discography?

Dipset brand is bigger than nas period. There's not one street in America that doesn't know of dipset. Killa season the album >>> god son , killa season the movie >>> belly . Paid in full is untouchable. Cam continuously shitted on nas and everything he stands for.

What does Nas stand for? seriously, and x had 4 classic albums. X is so much bigger than Nas its not even comparable

Fat joe was/is trash cuz

through and through

but he was the first to tear up Diamond D's legendary beat. I know that Hov guy used this beat but still, this was strictly a DITC production.

Sorry dude but Biz Markie rocked to that beat in 1989, 5 years before Fat Joe

Check It Out - Biz Markie

You gotta be crazy or an elitist to think that dipset was a fad. Dipset is Harlem, if you think Harlem is a fad and doesn't have an impact on the world you probably shouldn't be in this discussion. Life is good came out 3 years ago, has no replay value. Cam has fallen back from music and still relevant with his first of the month series. I use to get it in ohio >>> any Nas song in the last 8 yrs

1. Fat joe

Fat joe career shits on nas career. Fat joe has never made a whack album. Steady 20 and 10 career. Fat joe is Gary Payton. Nas is Derrick rose. Nas albums are all overrated. And severely lacks replay value. Fat joe has been out same amount of time and is always relevant, always has bangers for clubs. Like it's been 3 years since Nas has put out material and it lacked the replay value to last 3 yrs. the guys work ethic is horrible. Fat joe put on big pun and dj khaled, contributed. Nas hasn't contributed anything to hip hop. I'm sorry I'll take big pun and dj khaled career over Illmatic.

2. Camron

Cam has 4 classic albums and 6 albums better than Illmatic and has started trends which has lasted longer than his entertainment relevance. His contribution to hip hop is only comparable to dr. Dre, rza, eazy e, jayz. An era of hip hop belongs to canton and what he created. The Dorset brand is bigger and more memorable and more legendary than Nas period.

3. Dmx

4 classics 7 albums in half the time of all of Nas subpar albums. Bigger impact and more memorable than Nas career

Keep the list going with reasonable rappers that are better than Nas. My criteria was the rapper has to atleast seriously contributed to hip hop. Mans before this turn into cunts saying I'm trolling, I like Nas I feel like his best material was rarely on his albums, but it's not enough of it make up for his subpar albums. And the only thing Nas has contributed to hip hop is ether and I'll say Illmatic but in actuality it was not that good. Who else is better than Nas besides jayz

Was just listening to "don't body yourself" Nas was telling 50 to take it slow and how he was gonna push him back into his mothers womb! that shit was a warning Nas was threatening his grandmother, heres the track for those who missed it, did 50 ever respond to this?

As usual the beat Nas picks is wack.
