Lil Keke Says Lil' Flip Was "Outside Of His Character" During T.I. Beef

Man niggas always feeling bad for Flip but they ignore the truth.

Flip was hot when his city was hot, damn near all the mediocre rappers from Houston fell off around the same time.

Flip was essentially the Ja Rule of the South but with a shorter run and less significance nationally.

Also as far as Scarface's role in Flip's demise there are some misconceptions about what was going on. For starters, I don't think Face new Tip was recording that conversation, also I don't think people understand what Face meant by "knowing" Flip. Of course he knew him as a rapper but he didn't know him as a street nigga, which was Tip's angle from the beginning.

I saw this because we had a similar issue here with Royce when he blew up, all of the street niggas claimed to not know him, meaning he didn't put any work in on the streets but if you were a rapper then of course you knew him (or at least knew of him) for rapping.

So all in all there's no point in feeling sorry for Flip, he did it to himself. He pretended to be a street dude when he wasn't one, he had a run which included some hits and a platinum album and now it's over. No different from Mike Jones and the rest of em.

flip did take off a good lil while b4 the rest of the houston scene caught up with him tho. shit flip was ahead of tip in terms of popularity it seemed to me for a couple years until urban legend dropped

Maybe it was different in different areas, but down here when The Leprechaun dropped you couldn't go nowhere without hearing I Can Do Dat. Everybody had that album. When The Way We Ball dropped everybody was jammin that and Undaground Legend went platinum. Wasn't like Flip was some pop up artist that decided to go at T.I.

The Way we ball got play here in the DMV but nobody ever checked for the Leprechaun junt. Flip had some bangers tho... Niggas was jammin that underground legend tho

T.I. believed a he say, she say story from some typical drama loving birds that his wife knew. Flip already said he didn't diss him but instead of TI getting to the bottom of it, he goes on to diss him.

A real nigga would've called up Flip himself & asked him as a man, was it true or not. TI took advantage of Flip because he perceived him as weak. That's why he tried to run up in Cloverland & tried to expose Flip but Botany Boyz was fucking with Flip. If Flip was Trae & ZRO then Tip wouldn't be trying to bust up in third ward to fight.

Lil 3rd is the dumbest nigga out of this tho. TI came to Houston & befriended Lil 3rd for a week & rapped on his song then left. Now Lil 3rd is probably somewhere, flipping chicken at Timmy Chan's

co sign this

But TI started the beef, how was Flip supposed to respond? If he wouldn't of responded then people would've been calling him a hoe & then TI got caught looking like a raccoon in that 3 kingz video with that black eye.

Face didn't help neither by jumping in their beef

tip said flip kinda started that shit. flip was tryna holla at tiny or some shit which lead flip to speak ill of ti. word gets back to tip (who was in jail at the time) & u know the rest..

so apparently mayweather isnt the 1st beef tip has been in behind tiny..

no gossip girl..

Hell, TI had more Houston artists on his side than Flip did. I don't even know why Scarface did that shit, he and TI don't have records together. If anything you'd think they'd have beef b/c Scarface had Luda at Def Jam South.

What happened to this nigga?

Not sure what the tamale kingpin is up to these days. That boy was the mexican equivalent to riff raff.

Or hell what happened to that one guy from Houston that Jay-Z signed that was on Bun B's "Draped Up" remix. Didn't he get exposed as a fraud or something? Think his name was Aztek or something?
