lil boosie appeared in a baton rouge, la court room this morning (february 17th) for a motions hearing which ended with pleas for the district attorney to be removed from the case.

The court house saw increased security during what was supposed to be a routine motions hearing for lil boosie, as fans of the rapper packed the court house, prompting thirteen sheriff’s deputies to patrol the building as a precautionary measure. Boosie, real name torrence hatch, continues to face charges for the murder of louisiana man terry boyd. According to the lawyer for the rapper, district attorney hillar moore, who is overseeing the case, is accused of having a vendetta against the rapper after his name was mentioned in song lyrics.

“law enforcement went into a home, seized a hard drive that had music and lyrics on it…these lyrics had some disparaging remarks about hillar moore, things that could incense any man. Alright, well within 10 days of hearing these lyrics, a case was prepared against torrence hatch.”

moore quickly defended himself from the claims and said that the trial will be a proper one.

“totally baseless…this is a case that’s going to be tried on the facts and evidence, nothing else. I don’t care what anyone said or not. The only thing, word, that offended me was calling me a racist. Other things in this job you have to have tough skin. It doesn’t matter to me.”

boosie’s lawyer further asked that district court judge mike erwin recuse district attorney moore from office. Judge erwin is scheduled to give his decision on today’s hearing on june 22.

In addition to being charged for first-degree murder, lil boosie is also charged with bringing contraband into a penal institute.

They could but his niggas is snitchin on him. Some shit you cant find on the net but ask niggas from Baton Rouge and they know the story. Boosie had about 6 niggas doin his dirty work. Check out the We Out Chea video and note that he had charges over his head when he made that video. Check out the song Lime life wit hurricane chris. Thats the song he said Marlo mike beggin for a body. I aint tryna dog Boosie but he got no one to blame but himself.
