I really wanted to speed things up for the Semi-Finals (round 3) but I'm not going to be able to BC I will be out a couple days at the beginning of the week but I'll be back Monday to close up the semis and kick the championship off. The Semi-Finals and Championship round will look something like this:

Round 2:

Voting closes: Sunday, 30th before midnight Eastern timezone.

Semi-Finals

Threads made: Monday, 31st.

Check in by: Wednesday, 3rd before midnight Eastern timezone.

Verses due: Monday, 7th before midnight Eastern timezone.

Championship

Thread made: The 8th or the day after semis conclude in case verses drop before the 7th and the necessary votes come in.

Check in by: Two days later before midnight Eastern timezone.

Verses due: Two days later before midnight Eastern timezone.

So I will be able to speed the Championship round up but not the Semi-Finals. Seeing that you guys will have a little bit more time to focus on your verses for the Semi-Finals, let's hope you make them good and the best two battlers make it to the Championship!

Back in the day when LE was crazy, I had a rule where in order to create a battle, you make the thread then both battlets check in with two voting links showing they voted on two other battles and they can't use the same links twice. This would increase voting greatly BC that's 4 votes right there. Basically, if you want people to take their time and vote on your shit, then you have to do it too. It's not that bad. I just haven't included this yet in the forum rules BC LE isn't as crazy yet. I'm working on the Records thread but maybe soon I'll make a rule where you need 1 vote link from each battler
