And what kind of lawyer is she
She is a IP lawyer [intellectual property] mostly Hollywood work. Like if someone is using for let's say Marvin Gate's images without permission his family would get a IP lawyer to handle the case. Heres the proof, it's a lengthy read but she couldn't make claims like this if it weren't true.

Saína’s ventures have also earned her the titles of creative entrepreneur, designer, and brand architect. She is the Founder and Creative Director of Nuri Nahara, an emerging concept brand and cultural apparel line started during her second year of law school. Saína founded Nuri as a response to the ongoing demand for unique garments that reflect the beauty of diverse cultural origins. After inheriting her mother’s passion for design and growing up witnessing the lack of an extensive retail landscape for cultural apparel, she began designing her own clothing at the age of 12. The line fuses stylistic and design elements from cultures across the globe, to produce one of a kind items for the culturally conscious and style savvy woman. Saína was intricately influenced by her love of garments from regions throughout the African, Asian, Caribbean, and Latin American diasporas. She has incorporated a diverse range of stylistic elements into her pieces, including textile patterns and beadwork from India, Ghana, Brazil, China, Ethiopia, and Egypt. She is currently preparing for the launch of a new collection in the Fall of 2017. As a devoted proponent of educational philanthropy, Saína donates profits from the line to the establishment of college scholarship funds for local youth in her hometown of Washington, DC. She partners with local educators, community activists, and professionals to provide generous monetary awards that will assist graduating high school seniors in their transition to higher education.
