It's not just black folks. Filipinos are bad about this also, along with a lot of other places like Dominican Republic, Brazil, etc.. Now if you want to call the good folks in Brazil and Dom Rep black I guess you could because a decent amount of there population have folks of African ethnicity but there is a great disparity when it comes to who is wealthy or more revered in these countries. Not to mention who is looked at as being beautiful in the world wide view of things
