As if you didn't know, Jay's about getting dough

Spitting flow like fine wines down your earlobe

I'm smooth but deadly like a pearl handled pistol

Honeys hum in melody when I rub it like crystal

The proper etiquette, when I drop the subject verb

Then the predicate, with this rich nigga rhetoric

I'm solid gold, I rap like a mink stole

I stick pearl tongues your world will never know

From New York to Paris, the vocal style vary

From nice to deadly like a bad bag of D, Now

Notice the child swift like a Lotus

Focus on the loc' I be the greatest nigga that wrote it

Return of the Jedi, from Rio De Janeiro on the red eye

Yet I still feel the need to be fly

I did die when I'm rapping then slide like satin

You know the black I white china in the brain cabinet

I never cry if I did I'd cry ice

From my nigga Sauce, I hit you with this advice

Life's short, so play hard and stick hard

And the only time you love them is when your dick hard

Or kidnapping and kill his baby mama or beefing with Brittany Spears and N'Sync

But he's the same Jay Z that shot his own brother over a ring and rapped about it

The same Jay Z that sold his own father heroin and rapped about it

Nice try

If you can't tell the difference between how jayz rapped about it and how Eminem did, then you're dumber than I thought and raping your moms is worse

FOH

But can you find it in your heart to not use that against Jay? I mean he was young when he did those things.

Everyone makes mistakes and deserves forgivness if they are sorry for their mistakes my issue isn't so much about what Jay Z has done outside music

I do find outta any other rappers fan base Jay Z's more than others can act like it has to be an obligation for non fans to have to like Jay Z which is my main issue like i explained why i don't like his music generally in this thread vagueley but i been more in depth before on why i don't like his music

And a poster got upset about me not liking his music i find that i dunno 1 should just enjoy his music and leave it at that no need to mention other rappers or get upset because i don't like his music like u do (Only Buily For Cuban Linx) it's not like i'm being hypocritical with it either i don't like rappers with similar content to Jay Z either or like rappers that have his style either

that Issac Hayes sample is ICE COLD that shit is too smooth in 2014 .

@GunTown nobody is tryna make you like jay z music....you don't like it fine we get that but the problem comes when you make it your point to repeat that over and over and over and over and over and over and over again at every single chance you get to repeating the same shyt constantly we get your point you repeating it a million times is useless....I'm not a em fan I don't feel his music is that great outside of a few bright spots and he doesn't speak to me but you would never know cuz I don't troll every chance I get....you on the other hand troll every chance you get and think ppl have a problem with your opinion.... No its your opinion but GAWD DAMN WE GET IT SHYT!!!!

yes. let's all pretend that Reasonable Doubt has the same quality of Doggystyle, Enter The 36 Chambers, 7 Day Theory, The Chronic, and Urban Legend.

she's right. it's crazy how Jay stans and new yorkers try to force Reasonable Doubt as a classic down your throat.

#noCape

Reasonable Doubt as a classic is one of the biggest trolling debates on the internet in the history of Hip Hop.

Urban legend tho? Man stfu

Did this too just try and compare reasonable doubt to urban legend??? Lol only on the IC do things like that happen...wow

Memphis Bleek said on Rap City back in the day that "The Hurt" is Jay-Z's best song. I've been wanting to hear it ever since he said that.
