Why is it that when people defend the wild assertions or statements from the Bible such as; unicorns, witches, Noah's Ark, etc... they always say these things are not meant to be taking literally? Who said they weren't meant to be taken literally? Where in the bible does it say these are only meant to be metaphor, and why is god trying to confuse people. Don't answer it with some link or video of some preacher explaining what his opinion is because he know as little as you do. He just says it better.

But the word "unicorn" doesn't necessarily have to mean it's a "horse" with one horn. If you read the verse it explains you cannot tame this "unicorn" at all. Wild ox = TWO horns, NOT ONE! 'UNI' = ONE, 'CORN' = HORN so in all it = ONEHORN. So therefore it CANNOT BE a wild ox at all. Now I'm not saying it's a "onehorned horse" at all because remember, this thing cannot be tamed! (right? correct me if I'm wrong but that's what the verse pretty much states)

There is only one thing that came to mind, a Rhinoceros. Well, how is that, they also have two horns right? No, only two species of rhino have ONE HORN.

You’re quoting it in English from the King James. Yes the word ‘unicorn’ means one horn, but unicorn is just a translation of the Hebrew word re’em. It is said that re’em literally means “ox” or “wild ox” (aurochs, apparently). But I do know a “unicorn” can just mean a beast with a single horn (not the mythical horse). If you want to really read about a ‘unicorn’, Read Daniel 8:5.

Revelation isn't literal. Now you won't believe me being that I think the entire book is allegorical and all but it ain't literal. It is simply a gospel written by some very smart men who could see that we are headed down a destructive path and wanted to warn us of what could be done, and to let us know that everything has an end but our actions can symbolize an early ending.

I don't know about that, alot of the things you associate with God come from the bible so its more like you don't believe in the bible being the entire truth but some parts of life we can't explain so I'll side with its explanations for now.

Off the top Hell and Demonic Possessions. I actually used to have a list of things I wanted to ask you about being that you said you wasn't christian anymore but I still seen you posting things that had christian or biblical roots. My girl fucked my shit up though and I lost everything, maybe sometime tonight I'll go through some posts and give you a better example, same thing with Vibe, he claims he's not christian anymore and just a biblical follower, yet I seen him post some things that aren't in the NT and are strictly church driven.
