And people can't lie on blogs

Be serious now doggy

A hater is a hater but that's just life there will be haters

So you saying we blindly hate dude cause he successful? That is possible for some definitely, but you're forgetting the moderates who are only just starting to dislike dude generally cause of his hardcore fanbase. Do the poll and see...

That's my problem though if a person doesn't like Jay Z that is not hate that is just them not liking his Music

I simply don't enjoy his Music i heard his Album's and i didn't like what i heard didn't feel like damn i gotta play that again from start to finish didn't get excited by what i heard

There's dislike, which is perfectly fine, ill say shit about dude myself sometimes. Then there's the hate

What are the obvious truths? Some shit about his personal life that nobody, but Jay and his close ones can clarify?

KingdomeKame just silly attitude though like if you start to dislike an Artist just because his hardcore fan's praise him so much means you weren't a fan of him in the first place and are insecure

Why worry about all that why not just enjoy the Music if you like it and keep it moving if you don't

If a million people start praising Nike sneakers like there is no tomorrow and you a Nike fan you not gonna stop buying them or wearing them

As a person that paid for Recovery with my hard earned cash i have the right to praise the product i paid for if i though it was great

So Wayne assisting dude didn't have nothing to do with it. The niggas mixtape featured Trey Songz, Wayne, Bun B, Llyod, etc). Let you tell it, Wayne had nothing to do with dudes sudden rise.

Never said it didnt. The Wayne cosign is what got people to start checking for dude. Then cats got interested and wanted to hear more. Like how Jay cosigned Cole people wanted to hear more and he put out Who Dat, but it didnt have the same effect as what Drake did with So Far Gone.

Getwitcha

No... That nobody he signs ever sees any kind of shine..

Cause he's busy overshadowing them.

Cole is really talented.. But do you really think have a name so close to Jay-Z, Hov is gonna let him shine??

Just the enunciation of J.Cole is like brand infringement in Hov's mind.

LOL you and i know J Cole nor Jay Electronica's style is southern base, they may be from the south but they are far from southern rappers. I don't expect a southern crowd who got all excited for Gucci Mane, Wacka, and Soulja Boy to go crazy for a nigga like J Cole, they barely cheered for Jay-z when he did DOA. You know how your kinfolk are, if it ain't mindless and addressing about (being in the club, pussy, cars, jewelry, etc), then it's dead to them.

Blah blah blah, you got a million excuses dont you? You act like dude was brand new and no one ever heard of him. Like the song wasnt out before he hit the stage. Like no one ever heard of him before he got up there and bored the crowd.

Getwitcha

You'll see in the long run..

Look at 'Ye..

Hov's trying to overshadow the success of MBDTF by pushing WTT??

He's a selfish pig man.

That's not Jay-Z's fault that Cole's fault. And this is not just a Roc Nation problem, it is a record label owned by an artist problem.

usmarin3 doesn't Jay Z make Album's talking about selling drugs, club records, jewels, materalism etc like these Southern Rappers you critisize?

LOL When do you ever hear Cole and Jay-z shouting out each other out or talking about "ooooooooh lil wayne is so good". J Cole is a self sustained artist and not a dick rider like Drake is "if Jay died, i would probably cry". Dude is taking the long route and that's what i respect about what he is doing more than anything, he is taking the Kanye approach of being a self contained artist, so if Jay was to leave the business he can still functional as a single entity.

Why you think Lupe declined him??

Cause he knew Lupe's potential. and honestly he doesn't want another rapper to be bigger than him

Hence the signing of Jay Elec.

That's a VERY valid point...

what up and comings don't realize is ROc Nation is a vanity label...

Google it... very reveling info.

Its petty true.... But what if I didn't like Recovery in thew first place, was willing to try and like, and disliked it when shit was constantly overrated by his fanbase. Hell he got some great material that don't compare to Recovery, shit was critically panned too compared to other albums put out that year. But shit discussion among people in the music community is a big part of how we we continue to view music whether we like it or not. Its never just about the music

he isn't building a nuclear bomb from scratch. If in April you set a realase date August/September then he can have the album finished. I'm seeing folks post that he has singles lined up and ready to go. I assume that a lot of work has been done on the album.

He himself has even said that he's not done the album. What if you set a release date and he can't make it and the album gets pushed back? Then niggas gon be in here hating on Jay some more and talking about his album on detox/TM103 status
