Dude...that's one song. That came out like 3 months ago, right?

Don't get me wrong; Jay Electronica is AN AMAZING ARTIST. I just wish he signed to a nigga that really cared about his artistic ability and won't hold on to him for years without releasing an album.

co sign same thing with me hes a talented artist but part of being an artist is releasing actual content. Mixtape, freestyle, whatever you can't hold off 6 months from making music then only put out 1 song. There is a difference between working on a quality album like J cole is trying to do and leaving your fans hanging for years without an album like Jay E has done.

That's what I'm saying. This time last year, niggas would've damn near done anything for a full Jay Electronica album. Now that buzz is slowly going away.

before jay eletc had signed to roc nation he hadnt put a song out in about 6 or 7 months(ghost of Christopher wallace), he released like 3 songs in 2010, he released 1 song from jan. to nov., but after signed to roc nation he had released 2 songs.

yall must not really be jay elect fans cause if yall were yall would knw dude has said he is scared to release music, cause it might not live up to the hype

but jay elect wont blow, and i dont think he wants to.

but j cole stll has a good chance

Y'all kill me with this "Cole is unheard of outside the net talk and saying he has no buzz' my 15 year old cousin in Garland Texas told me her whole school white & black listen to Cole. Y'all act like Who Dat wasn't like number 3 on 106 & Park at one time or that he performed his own set at the BET Hip-Hop Awards. And that all of your favorite rappers and producers have cosigned him. I could go on for days on what he has accomplished with one single and two mixtapes. Y'all niggas kill me.

Yeah, but hell who wouldn't? Where are the Freddie Gibbs, Nipsey Hussle, Big Sean, Yelawolf, Donnis threads like this. Why always J. Cole?
