College isn't a guaranteed path to success sure it helps but it's just as important individuals diversify themselves.
I believe more people especially young Blacks should explore skills trades such being a electrician, plumber, welder, carpentry, and other skill type trade.
The trades are generally considerably cheaper to get, one doesn't have to go to school as long, and individuals also do accumulate the amount of debt either.
More individuals should look at entrepreneurship as well, because there is more money to be made when you work for yourself but it also requires more discipline.
Do you know how fukin stupid that sounds. Do you understand what that says of what you think about our race
'Low expectation havin mfer'- Chris Rock
Ngga thats what they tell ex-cons!! Tha fuk...
What is wrong with what he said? Everyone cant be millionaires or college grads even. Someone has to change that tire, Flip that burger, fix my AC unit, cut the grass.
If a Black person is content with their lives making $18.00 an hour, living a modest lifestyle and plans for a comfortable future. Let it happen.
How is it low expectations to not only think about the high achievers but also the low achievers that just want to have a modest lifestyle.
