Actually with only 200-250k sales, there's a strong chance she doesn't reach Platinum. This is clearly a sophomore jinx if I've ever heard of it. Sure she will have the #1 album in the country but how do you go from 375k to 200k in a year an a half and you are suppose to be more popular now than you were. I mean grammy to super bowl performances, Pepsi deal, she's everywhere yet her fan base stayed home for the follow up to her blockbuster debut? Looks like going Pop wasn't as smart of idea as she though. It's clear this album is not that good, it's getting average reviews. She went way to Pop and it's going to affect the overall sales. She may go Plat but there's a chance she won't get there.

All the retail stores report to the pace that albums are selling to Soundscan (one source) i believe, it's kind of a scientific method and it's about 99% percent accurate. Hitsdailydouble.com is pretty accurate, the only albums i've ever seen them off of is The Carter IV, some how that album went from projecting to sell 600k + albums to a mil in a week. They were slighty off on BP3 too, they projected 300k and it ended up selling 400k + albums.

"Starships" is a bigger hit than "Headlines" yet Drake sold way more cause he dropped another 4 Mic LP. This album can't be any better than 3 Mics and her own fan base knows it which is why they stayed home. Go to the "Stupid Hoe" video, I've never seen a youtube video with that many dislikes.
