The only people even asking that question were the FCC, AT&T, Comcast, Verizon and Time Warner and whatever politicians and media pundits they were paying. It's odd that one of the few issues both major parties are for the most part in agreement against happens to also be one of the few things that this gov't managed to get done quickly.

Also Netflix sold the fuck out - bottom line.
