Poor kids. Listening to their grandmother go off on some employees doing their job. Disgusting behaviour. She should have been knocked tf out. At least those kids would learn you can't disrespect people without repucussions.

She would not be served if I worked there. If that camera wasn't there I'd make the sandwich and toss it into the trash and get her out the damn store.

shit would have just gotten worse in most places....they were a very collected group of employees they all deserve awards

i've never quit a job in my life but trying to put myself in them shoes (say it was a guy)....i would have happily parted ways with that lil check to show that individual how to put some respeck on the fresh gawds

the woman i just woulda fired her ass up in front of the kids and made her attack me (turns out im really good at this shit lol) so I could get her dumb ass out of there

"yeahhh italian that hoe!!......look at ya kids, just hungry now......nope no italian for you lil man, ya mama dont know how to act in public.....stickin around her u better get used to bolo sammiches and shower shoes kid!"

LOL, I would just continue to do my job and smirk/laugh at the exchange if I was a fellow employee. If I was a manager, I would tell him to stop going back and forth with her as the "customer's always right".

After watching the full video, it looks like the employee was antagonizing her and she was responding, or they had some kind of previous beef, or maybe she was just having a bad day and he said something to set her off.

Employee shouldn't have kept talking to her. That's one of those situations you let somebody embarrass themselves on their own...what I wonder though is why another customer didn't say anything because I hate seeing people cuss like that around kids, especially one I'm with. I was with my neice one day at Popeye's when a customer started going off and I said flat out "Ma'am you may have your issue right now but you gonna have to stop cussing like that in front of my 2 year old niece." She paused for a second...looked down at my niece and promptly shut the fuck up til she got outside and started talking again.

This presumably fat bitch steady ordering food while arguing with the guy. "SHUT THE FUCK UP! American cheese please. YO MAMA SHOULD'VE SWALLOWED YO PUNK ASS! That's too much lettuce. LET'S FIGHT! Can I get that oven roasted?"

I would have terminated the employee for escalating the conflict and refused service to the woman for being unruly.

Working in food and retail, you'll see the absolute worst of humanity in all of their disrespectful, entitled, ignorant, and rude ways.

$8.50 a hour aint enough for nobody to say the customer is always right, so him gettin back at her aint bout nothin.

And Yo who only puts lettuce and tomatoes on a sub tho? Couldnt even get no honey mustard or nothin, them poor babies gotta hate life.

She can tell em what she want as far as handlin problems, but the way she move is plantin the seeds to terrible conflict resolution down the line. I know that ear hustlin ass look on their faces through and through. Its the look when theres grown conversation taking place and they forget to remind the kids that it aint no kids on here. They see and hear that before they hear you give them specific instructions.

I wouldn't have fired him tho. I would've pulled him away to the next room & told him to cool off until the situation is resolved. Being in that position takes alot of restraint from saying nothing

Would have told him not to engage her and threaten to call the cops if she continues to curse and use foul language

But, I definitely would have pulled him aside and fire him afterwards

We've all started somewhere with our work careers and quite a few of us did retail

You were always told that fuck shit mentality

Of "Customer is always right"

We all know they're full of shit but this isn't about having your feelings hurt

Its about that pay check

That funky ass 8.50 hr check?

Yes

Cause its just a stepping stone to earn that 25.00 hr check

The dude unnecessarily escalated the situation

Nah he gets fired if for nothing else cussing like that back at her around the kids. No reason for those customers kids to be exposed to multiple instances of ignorance from 2 people like that...especially from someone who is supposed to be at their job. I'd feel a little bad about it because the lady did come at him wrong, but at the same time when you the employee also have to exercise a certain amount of self control especially around a group of people. That's not just at work that's in life period. Suppose she calls her husband and he's the nutty type to come up there with a strap, which ain't far fetched because a woman like that usually is with a dude who is just as nuts if not more so. Now because he wanted to go back and forth with some ignorant ass woman not just him but other employees in danger too. Can't be risking that shit.

That's a long azz line for some nasty azz Subway..

As a manager I would have immediately removed that employee from the situation and dealt with him after I served that irate wildebeest n got her the fuck on somewhere. If I was in the line I would've gotten a sudden craving for burger king n left up outta there.
