Nigga. Up your protein intake, maintain fat intake, hit the weights hard, reduce your calories (carb calories mostly), set a moderate calorie deficit, like 20% under maintenance and eat carbs only directly before or after your workout, and sleep. Shit ain't rocket science.

10 mn of 140 lbs double kettlebell swings : about 1100 burnt calories @dwade206. In my office.

Meanwhile people are still spending an HOUR in treadmills and bikes and its not sure that they will ride / run hard enough to burn that same amount.

Before lunch i will have more than 2000 calories burnt. And it will have just 30 minutes taken.

any of ya'll rock training shoes? can you do basic cardio like jog on the treadmill in them? that's the main reason I've been rocking running shoes when I workout, thinking of switching over if it's worth it
 
My cardio is pretty shit right now I am gonna work on that more, never understood why people go on treadmills I would rather be out there running and seeing the world instead of staying in the same spot @DarthRozay what size shoe are you? I need some new running trainers don't let me catch you running like a girl on my turf.

Nah, didn't say all that, lil nigga. Y'all already know my work in the gym is official and for you to even conceptualize that shit is suspect.
 
I do IF. I always skip breakfast. Wake up in at 4AM, drink some bulletproof coffee (has butter, coconut oil, and heavy cream so there is some calories in it, but not a meals worth) then go work out. Then i usually dont eat my first meal until about 1pm. Ill take spoonfuls of coconut oil to feel satiated until lunch. Then ill have a snack or two in the afternoon and eat dinner most nights. Sometimes i skip dinner too though if i had a big lunch. Because of my diet i sometimes still feel full until bedtime and end up just passing out.

As far as benefits i dont feel too different and it hasnt effected my workouts. Jamel will probably know the science behind it though.
 
Killed it at the gym today: 405lb.squats, pull-ups with 2 45lb. plates, dips with 3 45lb. plates (I'm around 240lbs.), and a lil heavy bag work.
