Yeah that shit looks horrible the more I look at it haha. Shit pisses me off at times when I'm in the gym and see mothafuckas with their form all wrong. Sometimes I walk over and correct them and other times I just smh and keep working.

:joy: Yo the exercise itself was cool and felt like it was working(back and biceps), maybe I wasnt setup right but my feet kept slowly slippin and I couldnt get comfortable doing it. Ill wait for your video before I try it again.
