Any tips on improving your squat?

This guy covers pretty much everything, and then some.

Yeah I'm definitely focusing more on form when squatting rather than the actual weight.

That's what killed me when I started to squat. My form was bad at 185, but I dropped down to 135 and worked my way up to 185 with much better form.

I don't even know if this helps or means anything but I'm curious if there is a "best" workout for each particular body group. For example for the chest I'm assuming it's bench press and biceps it would be curls?

My last workout day of the week I like to do a "round Robin" of the main parts, trying to see if there's a best way to go about it.

Depends on your goals. Personally I'd do the chinups to target the biceps. Plus you get some back work too. Chin ups put your biceps in a stronger line of pull versus pullups. Pullups will target the back more.

Also, sitting/leaning position bicep curls are very effective

@Stew it's the trial by error. I get a disgusting pump going high rep low weight with a bench routine but some people get it done going with max weight. But after 2 weeks I have to switch back to reg routine max 285 for the high rep routine to show that same pump.

Gotcha. I'll get to work and see if I can figure somethin out. Good looks.

@stew is a hard gainer.

For him to put in mass is going to be a difficult task.

I suggest strength and conditioning. I doubt he will put on size with pullups.

Ripped as shit yes.

Swol no.

Go the powerlifting route and eat to power your next workout. I personally think you will see size by eating, sleeping and lifting heavy weight.

You are an extreme ectomorph so play to the strengths of one.

At this point man, I've given up on trying to gain like that. I'd have to eat/drink protein shakes too much for it to work and I just don't have the time or want to pig out AND workout like that for only a few pounds, maybe if I get lucky enough and find a woman that likes to cook(and I can stand being around long enough) lol
