10 days laters ive got all that sugar alcohol out. Still on the kettlebell training. Ive slowed down the pace of some moves

Ive upped the calories intake.

Aded some yoga abs workouts. Push ups and pullups are done slow motion.

Heavy shoulder presses

Heavy shruggs

Floor presses saw style

Heavy Turkish getups

ATG squats

Lunges

Cardio is 100% running planks and mountain climbings.

Im confident ill be ready for the 1/7/2017.

anyone got a good idea for something to snack on that you can basically eat unlimited of, not unlimited but not like 10 pieces, but is super low or no calorie? also need it to be something that doesnt need to be refrigerated.
