This how i look by just doing some kettlebells exercises from time to time without a program.

Its time to get higher. Its time to be a lil more serious.

I got the techniques. I got the ideal eating method.

I have to surpass my own expectations again.

They dont have time

They dont have the equipement

They dont have the gym

They dont have a trainer

They dont have protein shakes and all these supplements

That there is no need to worry and complain.

A Minimum kettlebell exercise left and right and you can be at least at a decent shape.

Yep 10000 swings in a month was the most serious training thing i ve did this year.

Kettlebell training is not bodybuilding. We seek STRENGH IN MOTION and endurance.

Thats why i wint stop telling to gym guys like you that the BENEFITS are big if you give a lil bit time to it.

I dont have big arms but i can curl 59 lbs . I can And soon 64. I can stand up and lay down holding 72lbs overhead.

Imagine the results on a gym rat if he acquires that type of strengh. And i didnt need to train regularly for hours. Less than an hour whenever i feell like.

LOL AT THIS NIGGA. If he was smart he would have implemented kettlebell in his training.

Same thing i tell to a friend that run for two hours and do a thousand pushups, hundreds of crunches and pulls ups errday.... just to look slighlty more physical than me : i got more EFFICIENT.

I suggest you switch it up and tighten some of them long muscles up and start winning some local competitions. The mixture of both muscle fibers will look crazy

There will be improvements with the weight of the bells adding up. But im not like you and @Mastery.

Im already satisfied with what i m getting from my new lifestyle and sportstyle.

I cannot work, do my studies and stay hours in the gym. I have found my balance.

But guys like you can get a lot of benefits from the kettlebells, a lot.

He's in pretty good shape, just awkwardly shaped. Your shoulders and waist is damn near the same width. Throw in some core exercises, some burpees and work on the shoulders and traps.
