Checked out Titans Gym this morning, since it's closer to where I live, on the bus route. That gym is the shit! Big, plenty of equipment and 24/7. It's also not a commercial gym. Signed up after my full- body training session and don't have to pay the membership until January: just gotta worry about the maintenance fee on November 1. Will be cancelling my Fitness 19 membership when I'm able to go there.

DEUS EX MANKIND DIVIDED and

Kb frog squats

Kb lunges

Chin ups plus pedaling at the end of the 10 th for dynamic ab workout

Along with drinking half a gallon of soy milk
 
Pushups at 200 per set now easy

Buss 3 of those in a row on Thousand Thursdays

Up tobabout 1800 an hour in about 10 sets or so

Nigga still got chicken legs tho

Dont let body imbalence kill all your hard work. 1800 pushups is outstanding. Dedicate a day or two to your lower body.

And its from somebody that hates leg workout to the fullest. But hey life is made of stuff you have to do , even if you dont like it.

You can use a kettlebell for it

Trying to make it to 500 nonstop

I remember 80 was killing me, now i dont do nothing less that 120

Max was 280 in one set

And im trying to get to the one finger pushups, i can do about 50 on 2 fingers right now...gotta get my core on point thi, those help but i need more

If youre a Man I advise you to stop drinking that Soy,that shit increases estrogen levels in men and lowers testosterone
