And @Lurkristocrat you re not the only one doubting. Even my boss who has seen me starting from 32 lbs till 88 lbs is amazed too.

Strenght is definitly something different from bodymass.

And don't ever include yourself in the same breath as @Black_Samson bruh. That nigga actually encourages and motivates people to push themselves and strive to be the best version of themselves they can be. You even questioned how much HE could squat (his max at the power lifting competition) at one point and prefaced it with "no hate", trying to compare it to what you did before. Smmfh.

Its not a measuring dicks thread. We are here to instill into the mind of the doubters that no matter your situation, your finances, your familly status, your location, there are ways to get you FIT AND HEALTHY.

The main idea is to erase the ARMFULL EXCUSES that holding people back.

@Black_Samson is a fitness trainer and is super fit his way. Im stuck in an office and at home getting fit my way. And others are doing it their way too. Any doubter that will read our thread will see that THERE IS A WAY TO TRAIN AND GET FIT and HEALTHY no matter what and where and how.

So a nigga got stuck on the 135 incline...coulent make it up

Did my full decline workout and on the 2nd half of the incline n burnt out on rep 7 but i went for 8 anyway

Shit happens.

I don't advocate purposely taking bench to fail (I know u didn't) but if you don't push yourself to your limits sometimes you won't know how far you can go.

I usually try to keep 1 rep in the tank but Ive had a few near fails on incline...had to grit my teeth to power through the lockout...

Keep pushing. Be safe.

Chin ups

All while playing Dark Souls 3.

Its 9h30 am. Im taking a banana and an orange for breakfast. Im starting the program at 10h15 am. I ll finish at 1pm.

For lunch a baked big turkey tight with cheese, brocoli,paprika and garlic.

5500 swings done so far. Ive started to do it one hand style.

One unexpected thing is that ive gained lean muscle on the back, arms and shoulders.

Last week a guy asked me if i was ready to do some security job at a forum. Never happened in my life.

if your back is hurting, you are probably using more of your back and you dont realize it
