IC Stop Making Excuses and Let's Get Healthy Thread

Did all bodyweight exercises at the gym last night: pull-ups, chin-ups, chest dips, triceps dips, regular push-ups, diamond push-ups, lunges, and squats. A lot of supersets and was a total of about 57 minutes. Might do weighted calisthenics tonight, and hopefully the squat rack isn't taken, so I can do some barbell squats.
 
Im sorry bruh, but niggas like lem is gon have to start posting proof. Only niggas contributing with actual videos to coincide with the shit they puttin up is @Black_Samson, me and maybe another person.

Im not hating im just a bit skeptical that a cat that looks like he took over captain phillips boat is doing work lol.
