Unless you are doing explosive exercises dpnt get high on carbs. Train and let your body burn FAT for the most.

And dont fuck things ups by not taking ANY carbs though.

But I'm taking the food over supplements route for a while

On some real shit, I think I've lost a couple inches since the spring. Was able to fit into some pants I was about to give away during the spring because they was mad tight

Put em on and had some wiggle room. Had to go to another knotch in the belt for them to fit

It's to be used to supplement your natural diet. Only reason food >>> Whey is because of the additional nutrients that the food provides. I utilize Whey to make sure I'm getting enough protein during the day. My work days are busy so it's difficult enough making sure I hit my calories while trying to gain weight. 4-6 scoops (2 at a time) throughout the day not only gives me an additional 480-720 calories per day but ensures I hit my protein goal as well.

Thanks my g. I dont even go heavy just use a close grip and high rep it lately. Traps have always poped easy. I bulked for so long now that I'm doing a true cut my definitions are starting to come in. Shit man trying to regain that core strength to be honest.
