So its worse. Look around you. Where are the positive and longlasting results of all these diets?

NOWHERE.

Meanwhile the frustration, overweight, skinny fat and obesity are EVERYWHERE.

DIETS DONT WORK

DIETS ARE NOT HEALTHY

DIETS ARE NOT SUSTAINABLE.

DIETS ARE LIKE GAMBLING: YOU GAIN THE DOUBLE OF LOST WEIGHT AND WILL TRY ANOTHER DIET, ALWAYS MORBIDER AND DUMMER THAN THE PREVIOUS. IT ADDICTIVE.

DIETS ARE FRUSTRATING: you place high expectation solidified by these article and fake pics. In the end it dont workat all, or it doesnt last. But these magazines will answer that you are lazy, done some wrong. So here another one diet, that one that made this and that superstar so lean and sexy...

And the beat goes on till you get DEPRESSIVE, ANXIOUS, till you think that you aint shit, up to no good, dont have the good genetics... Then you choose to give up training. You end up anorexic or morbidly obese cause since you aint shit you dont deserve to live anymore.

Dont take that path bruh. Stop that bullshit you call fasting. Respect your body. Next time you have time to waist, rather learn how the body works than reading another article about another fucked up diet.

Imo

Treadmill

COMPOUND HEAVY LIFTING like deadlift, squat, benchpress ( dont ego lift Aka I ll show them who got the longest in here)

And healthy eating (NO DIET)

Will do. If you are not going to be consistent in the gym, get you a kettlebell, stay at home and Swing that shit for 20 mns per days.

If you are consistent and highly dedicated, Mix treadmill with Kettlebells swings and go to the gym.

And eath CLEAN. You aint goin nowhere as long as Yout metabolism and Organs are slowed down.

You can't spot reduce dude. Fat comes off in "sheets," so to speak. Your stomach will be the last to go since it houses the most fat.

Like Lem said, workout and eat right. Rinse and repeat.

So Tony stark flabby n sick before civil war scust lol

Nah but good shit

I think I'll start doing jumping jacks every weekday instead of waiting 48 hours between sessions, like I used to (so I get 150 minutes of aerobic exercise a week which is recommended as the minimum, if the exercise is moderate). Maybe one day I'll try an hour every week day (300 minutes a week, I used to do an hour every day but I read more than 300 is bad. I also think you need two days rest). Would that be a good idea?

Started this fast that im trying to do for 7 days with this juice recipe. Its called Mean Green im sure some of yall have heard of it before it consist of

2 cucumbers

8 celery stalks

4 apples

16 leaves kale with stalks

1 lemon

2 in (5 cm) piece of ginger

hopefully I stick with it

Imo you dont need to do this. Have a sustainable healthy eating lifestyle is way better.

You are CHOOSING to not giving to your body key nutrients for its normal functioning.

What is the purpose of that fasting? Losing weight? It may work but its not SUSTAINABLE and longterm wise HEALTHY.

Go to the gym and do some cardio and eat healthy.

If you dont have time for going to the gym and treadmill at least do some kettlebell swings for 20 mns a day plus some push ups.

These diets didnt, dont and never will work. Waste of money, time, and in the end Bad health, more pounds and Frustration.

Peace

Realest s*** ever posted.

This morning

100 kb swings

And some kb push ups.

Speaking about the latter, ice noticed that locking my shoulders and continuously locking my shoulder blades throughout the rep has centered more load on the arms.

Ive been told that I have to skip the 79 lbs kb and order that 88 lbs one...

Its a serious hell of a load ... Ill have to assess the situation WISELY before making a decision...

I don't if it was just that YMCA location but their workout room was wack af. I won't go there anymore to workout. I'm glad I don't have a membership there, I'll stick with Planet Fitness.

Hey guys, I need some advice on how to beat runner's knee. What stretches would yall recommend, what are some ways to prevent it, etc. It's winter time too so I'm out chea moving around in Timberland's. Because of this shit I've missed 3 weeks SMMFH. It's much better now but I still feel it, I need to get back in the game what would yall recommend.

You need to reestablish the Management of the weightload Aka you need to reactivate the muscles that have to absorb the chocks provoked by your running sessions.

Running is good for cardio yet running doesnt strenghten you muscles. If you combine weak running technique with bad posture and weak muscles, areas like knees and lower back take the toll till they break.

Mix running and muscles training

Enhance your posture and flexibility. Yoga stretching will do.

Make sure that when you run you dont put first the tip of you feet on the ground.

To add on to what our friend @LEMZPOCALYPSE said, Quads would be a good muscle to strengthen and you'd be suprised at what a difference the right running shoe would make, a couple years ago I was having some serious knee pain, someone recommended going to get a gait anylais wich is nothing but running on a tread mill and they see how your feet land, and then they can tell wich type of shoe would be best for you. you can get them done at allot of sporting good stores, and foot specialty shops. Having the right running shoes made a huge difference for me.
