Yo ran my second half marathon.

2hours and 1minute time. I know I could have gotten under 2hours if I didnt stop to adjust my music twice and take in water. Perfect temperature that morning. 61 degrees.
 
Ive been serious with the workout lately

Today ive drink special milk 1.5L milk (78g protein)

Some yoghurt/cream 500g : 60 protein g

Protein drink 30 g

Total 168g protein, 1500 calories

Also ran one mile today and did train my abs for 30 min

I know scientist say you need so much protein a day, but don't waste your money. I usually tell ppl to consume protein after their workout. All other protein consumption should be through meals.

What's your ht/wt and age

As far as im concerned, iwas doing a shitload of Abs till last year. In comparing to that year, Ive obtained better results with rope climbing, Kettlebells exercises and as importantly reducing DRASTICLY

fast food,

processed food,

processed juices,

Eating dinners that look like lunches.

Ive lost 5lbs of weight, most of it being BELLY FAT.

And Thanks to @Black_Samson 's vacuum knowledge (that thechnique is HIGHLY efficient given the fact that you can do anytime a day no matter what the position) i expect a severe belly schrinkage by July

You can do it sitting, standing, Sleeping.

I used to do it during my Yoga seesions. Now it starts to be as natural as breathing.

 
After missing 2 weeks from the gym due to different minor injuries, I was able to train each of the last three days and I'm feeling very good!
