Smashed shoulders & traps today, and came up with a routine called "ridin' 20's with the spinners". Get some light dumbbells that you can do 20 reps with(this is NOT a ego exercise); do 20 side lateral raises, 20 front raises, 20 rear-delt raises and superset it with 20 standing dumbbell shoulder presses- repeat that 5 times! That's a total of 400 reps! I used 15lb. dumbbells for the raises and 30lb. dumbbells for the shoulder presses.

Shoulders & traps was a monster! Did my "Ridin' 20's With The Spinners" routine for 5 sets and did a total of 258 barbell shrugs(158 in the front, 100 in the back), including 4 sets of 12 with 405lbs.!

I got to be close to the 300 club on the bench, I put up 260 a few years back and I was weighing in somewhere between 175-180, warming up before that I put 225 up 5 times, this past Monday I put 225 up 10 times and I'm at 190
