Good shit my nigga. I was squatting that at the beginning of this year, haven't tried to see how much I could do lately. Haven't been in the gym tough body in a couple months though. This new job got a nigga schedule all fucked up haha. I just been doing light shit, but it's time to start transitioning back into my heavy shit. This video made me realize I need to get back on my grind. Thank you.

Took me a long ass time but Im finally sold on weightlifting. I shaped up and lost hella weight in a week doing weightlifting. A nigga got his 6 pack back too.

I can jog all day long but lifting got me results quick. Shoulda listened the first damn time.

That's because only running will have you be a smaller fat nigga so the results are deceiving. You lift weights, you're able to change your body composition. Good shit.

I can see this happening to me. Ive lost 110 pounds, but havent been working out at all just diet. Still got a decent amount of body fat. If i just get off my ass and go work out ill probably tone up pretty quick. Im definitely seeing loose skin on my triceps, chest, lower stomach, and little bit on my thighs. Im hoping it will tighten up if I work out but i think its just gonna get worse and look more saggy. O well itll be a story to tell lol.

And i got Indian Health Services and they will cover the surgery if i say some shit like the loose skin constantly gives me rashes. I just started going back to the gym today. Gonna try going 3 times a week then picking it up more as it gets easier. Thought i was gonna die today. Its at damn planet fitness though so I cant do some lifts that I was really hoping to do. Gym is only 4 or 5 blocks away from my place though and its cheap as shit. Im high just rambling. Thats the plan though. Start easing back into the gym life and pick it up more and i need to quit smoking. I shall let yall know the progress in the upcoming months. @Black_Samson can you send me a recommendation on a vape pen in the 60-80 dollar price range?

Live at the trap house. I made a status about 2 weeks ago that I was at the gym & my friend going to comment & laugh. I told her "shawty, Sanford ain't skinny anymore. The dawg put some muscle on top of that skin because I sholl air pictures now" lol

Fam that's his warm up weight. He goes up maybe 10 more pounds. He's one of those dudes that goes heavy on everything but I swear to you I've never seen him do 1 full extension.

To make it worse he does shit like that set goes across the weight room and does seated cable rolls , does a set of squats and right back to the decline bench.

 
was feeling beastly and came up with the idea to do walking lunges in my driveway while holding 35lbs KBs

I did one round all the way to the street and back, and the second round just half way then back.

After the first round, i did 10 squats with my 40lb sandbag, and used a 60lb bag to do 8 reps after the second round

My legs feel frail af right now. For some reason though, i feel like i left a round out there. Gonna try and push through tomorrow and see if i can do all three rounds going all the way to the road, and using the 60lb sandbag to do squats in between rounds.
