so...can i assume that when i see cats in the gym with jugs of colored water, its some preworkout shit? its usually a lime, orange or pink-ish color

I have glutamine, and would just mix it in with my post workout shake b/c it had no taste but was very gritty. They come in flavors?

In my honest opinion glutamine is best used during workouts.

When I was a freshman in HS, I was 252 pounds at 6ft tall. By the next year I had dropped 70 pounds.

Same insecurity as this guy but the doc told me It would tighten up in a few years.... It did. Even if it didn't, he's right. Better to have loose skin than be obese.

i found dude channel by mistake ...for some reason, i saw one of Chris Jones videos and he was saying that him and that dude Vince parted ways and it got pretty messy over who owned the Physique of greatness channel. Long story short, he got to keep the site and said he was going to use that channel as a way to promote up and coming youtubers who he likes that dont have the following he does in an attempt to get them more subs

I dont really rock with CJ like that b/c i think personally, his cursing too much schtick takes away from his message, but he got a new channel that he said he was gon post content to just in case anybody interested.
