yesterday was leg day...tried something for the first time and I kinda like it
ended up doing 50 squats using different variations
-10 air/bodyweight squats (warm up)
-10 goblet squats (35lb)
-10 double kettlebell front squat (two 35lb)
-10 Front squats (40lb sandbag)
-10 bear squats (60 lb sandbag)
then i did some walking lunges with the 40lb sandbag over each shoulder. I dont recall the distance but its the length of my deck outside. Not a super long distance, but the distance was long enough to definitely get the legs shaking. I did 2 rounds of this.
Im gone try and shoot for 100 squats using 5 more variations by next week and hopefully that will become my routine
