yesterday was leg day...tried something for the first time and I kinda like it

ended up doing 50 squats using different variations

-10 air/bodyweight squats (warm up)

-10 goblet squats (35lb)

-10 double kettlebell front squat (two 35lb)

-10 Front squats (40lb sandbag)

-10 bear squats (60 lb sandbag)

then i did some walking lunges with the 40lb sandbag over each shoulder. I dont recall the distance but its the length of my deck outside. Not a super long distance, but the distance was long enough to definitely get the legs shaking. I did 2 rounds of this.

Im gone try and shoot for 100 squats using 5 more variations by next week and hopefully that will become my routine

This will be the 4th consecutive week without training. Can't afford a membership since my money went towards our house. Next week, it's on!

Thats why you make friends with the front desk people. I stay in the gym even after I quit my part time there and I have never tagged in.

Your not going to do 1 cycle and roid rage out. I know people too that have fucked them selves up with roids. But they will be the 1st to tell you how they did 2 year cycles tren no breaks, pinning 4 cc's every week, no pct.
 
Finally able to shoulder press that 61 lbs kettlebell after 5 swings and one snatch.

At this pace ill be eligible to get the 71 lbs bell by the end of september.

Have a workout plan, execute it, keep it in mind or write it down. Increase the weight as you go along. Every 4-6 weeks switch your workouts, so your body central nervous system doesn't adapt to the pattern. Some workout plans may work better than others. Be consistent and don't skip leg day like 75% of the gym does. Always include compound movements in your workouts. Eat as clean and healthy as possible. Get enough sleep.

You can full body workouts, 3 days a week (every other day).

Chest Dips

Pull ups

Bench press

Barbell row

Standing barbell press

Squat

Deadlift

Rinse and repeat.

 
Took horny goat weed this morning, and BCAA's and Mr Hyde before my workout, and couldn't stop working out. I didn't feel jittery, but energized. Also put up 315 four times.

Dropped 8 pds since July 11, now it's time to tone up some more...Can't let this fuck nigga @Ap12 show up to camp in better shape then me...fuck nigga will get all the good games...

damn man got shoulder impingement in my right shoulder out of no where, had this shit in my left shoulder so I knew as soon as I felt that sharp pain what it was, this shit is a nuisance I have to modify my whole workout and it's probably going to wipe out half my chest routine until the pain goes away, good news is the pain eventually went away in my left although I felt it a little bit doing shoulder presses the other night and it cut my shoulder routine short, and that's the last time I'll ever do anything with heavy weights and the shoulder, rope and light weight stuff only
