I think I got a bar at my parents crib in the basement, hopefully it's still there with all the weights I can just dust it off and do deadlifts and bent over rows at the house, planet fitness is trash if that one that is 20-25 minutes away gets rid of the free weights I'll cancel my membership, until then can't go wrong with that price

my legs feel like bambi with those elevated assisted pistol squats. i think ill add it to my regimen

Before every workout I lay on two of those electrical heating pads for at least 15 minutes usually more, let it marinate for a while then do some stretching while I'm still on the heating pad, and that's not part of my 20-30 minutes of warming up/stretching before every workout, dont stretch till your warmed up a little bit, I run some stairs, do a 100 jump jacks and windmills with 5 lb weights then I get to stretching
