Yep, I have the liquid form. I hate swallowing those big ass gel capsules. Just pour some in a spoon, down it and go.

Forget them big ass pills lol got one stuck in my throat, I wasn't choking but it was stuck, about a minute later It popped, I was tasting fish oil for the next couple hours.

I saw your post about having trouble with the ab roller wheel believe me I understand you're pain lol. You have to consistently work with that ab roller on a daily basis because when I first started the process it was a bitch. Now when I do them I just do a certain amount until I get tired, then rest, & start again. I try to do this for 15 mins a few days out of the week.

I added another set to my routine now I'm doing 4 sets of 20

calm your simple ass down, that's all planet fitness got, besides one but that can take me 25 minutes to get to and I go there on chest days, I'd rather just go to the one in walking distance from my house for everything else as much as I hate using the smith
