Okay I hope you've been doing the chest set I've told you about B. Now lets add a cross bench dumbell pullover. Get on a flat bench and start with a moderate weight but heavy enough to feel it. Start with a 50lbs. put the weight up on the end of the bench so you can grab it once your set up. Lay your shoulder blades crosswise not with the length of the bench. With your feet down on the ground. The video below is the visual

than do this

50 x 20

55 x 15

60 x 10

65 x 8

60 x 10

50 x 12

45 x 15

40 x 20

This month is ramadan time. I will put my body to sleep training wise for a month.

Ive made a lot of progress these past 8 months kettlebellwise and heavy weight lifting wise.

Keep training bro. Im going to the gym at around 1am to get my workout in. The worst thing to do is to stop training in Ramadan. Here in toronto, we are fasting 17.5 hours.

I've decided I'm going to hike this mountain early every morning, throughout the week, with weekends off. Then hit the gym later in the evening. 2.8 miles to top, 5.6 miles round trip. 2,600 ft elevation. While wearing my 100 lbs weight vest. I'll start this on Monday.

My body needs rest. The kettlebells training mixed with heavyweight training has taken its toll on me.

One must listen to his body. I have to digest all that. If i want to reach that 79 lbs kettlbell snatch and 240 Lbs bench press by december 31 imo its necessary.

That's cool. Rest for a few days and then get back into it or else you'll spend time building from where you once were and taking a month off will be hard on your body once you start again.

@Du so what's up fam you try the cross pullover yet??

Yeah my gym is full of Muslim cats in the middle of the night this time of year. The midnight crew hates it. Not that it's a lot of Muslims but midnights is suppose to be the chill shift but a lot of the foreign Muslim dudes tend to not rerack anything.

Double checked the numbers. 6 mile round trip. Only 1,350 ft elevation (that sucks). I need to find a taller mountain. Lol
