Keep training bro. Im going to the gym at around 1am to get my workout in. The worst thing to do is to stop training in Ramadan. Here in toronto, we are fasting 17.5 hours.

My body needs rest. The kettlebells training mixed with heavyweight training has taken its toll on me.
One must listen to his body. I have to digest all that. If i want to reach that 79 lbs kettlbell snatch and 240 Lbs bench press by december 31 imo its necessary.
