just came from the gym

went into the gym with some murda muzik ran for 20minutes and after

did chest

benchpress 10x60kg - 4x.

chest on machine 6x60kg -4x

chest on normal bench 10x15kg -6x.

end up with abbs.

i had to take a test....

the goal was to get my heart rate up to begin monitoring how physical exertion affects my heart.

so i got on the treadmill and went like 10 minutes and nothing.....they began to increase the incline every minute until it was at the max...but it still took like 10minutes for my heart rate to begin to move to where it needed to be.

but my body was tired ass hell but i wasnt breathing hard nor sweating....i always knew how to control my breathing.

so the question...

is my conditioning weak

or is my conditioning good but i am outta shape?

Buy some kettlebells

Conditioning + getting in normal shape + increasing your VO2 max

Just 20 minutes of swings per day
 
im 80 % at completly wielding 104 lbs kettlebells.

Shit i feel an solid ab contraction due to the weight pressure at midmove. And the bells are making my arms doing curls.
