So this damn 10,000 KB swing workout is getting boring real quick and I don't want to quit so I've umped the ante. Instead of 500 swing per day/workout, I'm doing 1,000 now. Morning and evening. I started on Sunday.

So last week (mon, tues, thurs, fri) I was 2,000 in. I did 1,000 Sunday and 1,000 yesterday so I'm 4,000 in.

Today my off day.

1,000 more on Wednesday and Thursday will put me at 6,000.

1,000 on Sat and Sun will put me at 8,000.

So I should be wrapping up my 10,000th swing next Wednesday evening. Then it's on to the next.

My 1st workout took 1hr, 7 minutes. My workout last night took 48 minutes. I expect to be in the 30's by next Wednesday.

I've thought about increasing the weight to 70 lbs KB because the 53 lbs is becoming easier and I like a challenge/struggle throughout my whole workout. I don't want to spend the $ for the 70 lbs which is part of the reason why I upped the ante.
