Nigga it's a 4-5 week program. Depends on what you're doing it for. I'm doing it to jump start my cut.

How about you just try it if interested? No program works for everybody. You have to find out what works for you.

As a kid? Nigga you didn't ask a yes or no question or a question with a definite answer. You asked an open ended ass question. Effort level, diet, sleep, etc. There are many variables at play here to determine whether or not you will get good results.

This Month i aim 4000

Nigga. I'm starting on Monday. Lol. 2 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on. Rinse, repeat.

10 Swings

Strength movement 2 reps

15 Swings

Strength movement 3 reps

25 Swings

Strength movement 5 reps

30 second rest

50 Swings

3 minute rest.

Repeat 4 more times.

The strength movements I'll be cycling through are weighted chin ups, weighted chest dips, front squat, and deadlift.

So for example, at the completion of a workout I will have done 500 swings and 50 weighted chin ups.

Next day, 500 swings and 50 weighted chest dips....

Only one strength movement per workout.
