Props bro. The most I've squatted was 475 over a year ago, but back then, I made my squats touch the safety pins. Two weeks ago, I squatted 455 with no pins helping me. Been spending the past year-plus building up my core strength.

My optimistic side says with good diet, hypertrophic ab training and proper cardio you can get very close
 
This Mornings W/O:

225 Cal Warm Up.

5 Burpee Pull Ups

5 Deadlifts

5 Push Ups X5

125 Cal Run.

5 BP

10 V-Ups

10 Jump Squats. X5

225 Cal Cool Down

This is my current back routine... except, I replaced hammer strength two rows for bent over barbell row. The first time I did this a few months ago, I was dead!! The drops at the cable rows killed me but now Im good. Find it easier now. Progressive overload, eat and you'll grow

2015 goals are to cut a little and start lifting for muscle endurance. How do you guys suggest I do that? Calisthenics? Rep ranges? Help ya boy out.
