Whats that Keto Bomb?!

Its mostly just BCAA's and amino acids some preworkouts and protein packs, BCAA and aminos are pretty much the same thing. BCAA are the aminos that are primarily used by your muscles for growth, they are the 3 essential aminos for muscle growth, And normal aminos will give you those three and a broad spectrum of the rest to help with other functions. the keto bomb is ijust coffe creamer for people on a keto diet. I'm not on a keto diet, and barley drink coffee,but had my guy throw in a few basically because he was giving it away.

Ah dope, i bet that creamer is pretty good. I do a bulletproof coffee if i have time in the morning. Will make a pot of coffee, put in blender, add 2tb of Butter, 2tb of Coconut Oil (ideally you should use MCT oil, but i havent bought any yet) then blend it up, then add in some heavy whipping cream once you pour into mug or w/e you use.

It sounds gross, but the shit is fucking delicious!

Lol I read the 2 tbs of butter as tubes of butter, after I corrected myself, that doesn't sound bad at all. I've never tried bullet proof coffee, is that just a available on line? I've never seen it before.

i keep losing momentum with my bodyweight exercising due to various niggles here and there. The latest one came in the form of a shoulder pain thats been bothering me for a week.

this video popped up in my recommendations this morning...this is exactly how i got the injury so it was cool that he dropped this

They have mixes online. But I just make it myself. Just blend it all together and add heavy cream once it's all blended. Shit is good as hell. The coconut oil mixed with butter gives it a slight sweetness.

yep...i think his longest video ever is probably like 5 min

I like creatine, but too many articles say it has a risk of kidney failure. i can really tell the difference when using it, i get more reps and my recovery time is less...guess i gota be patient, not worth the risk, any1 have their 2 cents on this???

My gym days are mon-Fri with rest days sat and sunday. It's cool seeing how the rest days give your body time to repair, but I thought going into the gym today I would be weaker, but I hit new highs on close grip bench - 150 3x8 and squats 215 5x5 with little stress.

Haven't had the courage to do bent over rows again, back feels better but still some pain. Changed it up to lat pull downs and seated rows 3x8 for back exercises.
 
Injured my lower back 2 days ago doing squats with a 40kg barbell, been using the same amount of wight for years and never had a problem I think it's because I got a car last year and now I don't do much walking so my glutes and lower back have not been getting the exercise they usually get, I knew I was neglecting my glutes and lower back but still I went and did it like an idiot, when my back recovers I will be starting all over again from scratch down below shit is no joke and hurt so much, be careful you guys I thought I was never gonna walk right again I got lucky! stay safe and work on them stabilizing muscles guys.
